CALL TO ORDER
Meeting was called to order at 2:02 pm by Chairperson, Rolando Diaz.

A motion was made by Board Member Bello, seconded by Vice Chair Lage, that
this matter be approved. The motion passed by the following vote.

DISCUSSION ITEMS
Members were informed the 2017 required recertification letters were
mailed April 25th.
600 Biltmore Way and 700 Biltmore Way have both complied and the
Cases have been closed.
Members were reminded all terms expire May 31st. Their appointments
remain unless the Mayor and/or Commissioners appoint new residents to
their seat.
ADJOURNMENT
Meeting was adjourned at 2:45 pm by Chairperson, Rolando Diaz. The
next scheduled hearing will be held Monday, June 12, 2017.
