CALL TO ORDER
Meeting was called to order at 2:10 pm by Vice-chair, Anthony Bello.
ROLL CALL
Note, Rolando Diaz resigned as a member of the Board prior to the
Hearing.
Present: 4 - Board Member Bello,Board Member Bello,Board Member Daley and Board
Member Permuy
Absent: 2 - Board Member Arevalo and Board Member Arevalo
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES
17-6826 Construction Regulation Board Minutes of November 6, 2017
A motion was made by Board Member Daley, seconded by Board Member
Permuy, that this matter be approved. The motion passed by the following vote.
Yeas: 4- Board Member Bello,Board Member Bello,Board Member Daley and Board

Owner provided letter from an engineer stating the structure is a duplex and
does not require building recertification. The letter was approved by the
Building Official and the Case was dismissed.

Respondent's were present.
The owner shall recertify the structure within 30 days of the Board's Order,
December 13, 2017. If the requirement is not completed within the 30 days
the owner shall pay a daily fine of $250 for each day the violation continues.

The owner shall recertify the structure within 90 days of the Board's Order,
December 13, 2017. If the requirement is not completed within the 90 days
the owner shall pay a daily fine of $250 for each day the violation continues.
A motion was made by Board Member Permuy, seconded by Board Member
Daley, that this matter be approved. The motion passed by the following vote.
