PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Trustee, Shirley Towler-Hayes, led the Pledge of Allegiance. 2. CALL TO ORDER Chair, Aisha Kennerly, called the meeting to order at 5:32PM. 3. MEETING MINUTES 3.1 Minutes - November 19, 2024 - Draft The minutes of the regular board meeting held on November 19, 2024, were approved. CONSENT CALENDAR 4.1 Board Graph, Stats, Calendar, and Flyers The Consent Calendar was accepted. COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC None. 6. ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS 6.1 Library Report - February 2025 Director, Donna Finch, introduced Library Manager, Daniell Whittington, and the report to be presented. Daniell presented the Library report for February 2025. The Trustees provided comments. 6.2 Collections Report Library Manager, Daniell Whittington, introduced Librarians Denise Lizarraga, and Lissete Ocampo and the Collections Report. Denise presented the report on the Children's Collection, and Lissete presented the report on the Teen Collection. The Trustees provided comments and appreciation of the staff. 6.3 Literacy Report Library Manager, Daniell Whittington, introduced Librarian, Jaime Heller, and Library Specialist II, Abril Raya and the Adult & Family Literacy report. Jaime presented the Adult Literacy report and Abril presented the Family Literacy report. The Trustees provided comments and appreciation. 6.4 Friends of the Corona Public Library Report Terri Siegert Jaggers, Vice President, the Friends of the Corona Public Library provided a report on everything that the Friends of the Corona Public Library have accomplished recently. Trustees provided comments and appreciation of the Friends and their support for the Library. Director, Donna Finch, also expressed how grateful she is for all the Friends do and the partnership that has been created. 7. TRUSTEE COMMUNICATIONS Vice Chair, Leonard, mentioned that the Friends have moved from so many fundraisers to supporting the Library through Community Outreach. They will be partnering with the Library on the 2nd ReaderCon event. They have an amazing Community Outreach Chair, Becky Dell, who gets a lot of things to incentivize people to buy from the book shop. They will be having an Easter Bunny photo opportunity in April as well. They are trying to bring more people back into the Library. 8. ADJOURNMENT 2  FINAL The meeting was adjourned at 6:41PM.
