PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Chair, Aisha Kennerly. 2. CALL TO ORDER Chair, Aisha Kennerly, called the meeting to order at 5:37PM. 3. MEETING MINUTES 3.1 Minutes - March 25, 2025 - Draft The minutes of the regular board meeting held on March 25, 2025, were approved. ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS 7.1 Library Report - April 2025 Director, Donna Finch, introduced Library Manager, Daniell Whittington, and the report to be presented. Daniell presented the Library report for April 2025. The Trustees provided comments. 7.2 National Library Week Report Library Manager, Daniell Whittington, introduced Librarian, Casey Lee, and the National Library Week report. Casey Lee presented the report on National Library Week 2025 and the programs and activities of the week. The Trustees provided comments. 8. TRUSTEE COMMUNICATIONS Vice Chair, Cherise Leonard, mentioned that the Friends of the Library will not have a music event tomorrow night as they were having some trouble finding entertainers. If you know of any musical groups that would be interested, please contact the Friends of the Library. Trustee, Shirley Towler-Hayes, reported that the Friends of the Library will be hosting their Historical Fiction Author Brunch event on April 26th. There are still tickets available. Chair, Aisha Kennerly, mentioned that the Circle City Chorale and Children's Choir will have their annual spring concert on May 17th at Santiago High School at 4:00PM. 9.
