Fulton Siren Services – 2023 Outdoor Warning Siren System one-year maintenance Contract (this is an annual contract) 3. Approve a Resolution Authorizing the Destruction of Audio Recording of Closed Session Minutes (This would approve the destruction of June 14, 2021, audio tape 4. Approve Creation of Safety Committee for the Purpose of Promoting and Maintaining a Safe Work Environment (This is an administrative committee that includes all department head staff or their designee) 5. Approve Proposal for Architectural and Structural Engineering Design Services for the Proposed Public Safety and Town Hall Relocation Study for the Town of Cortland, Illinois, provided by Larson & Darby Group for a proposed amount not to exceed $17,500.00 unless otherwise agreed to in writing. 6.
