City of Cortland - Historic/Architectural Board Historic and/or Architectural Advisory Board City of Cortland November 10, 2020 A special meeting of the Historic and/or Architectural Review Board was held on Tuesday, November 10, 2020, via ZOOM at 8:00 am. Present: Chairman Linda Kline, Commissioners Dan Dineen, Christine Barnes, Richard Stock, Kate O’Connell, Karina Murphy Staff Present: Confidential Secretary Devon Rainbow, ZEO Bob Rhea Minutes of August 11, 2020: Motion by: Comm. Dineen Seconded by: Comm. Stock Approved: Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Item #1 – 21 Court St. (Taw)  Windows Jeff Taw was present for the meeting. The windows will be restored to the original condition. OHSEA has reviewed the project. They will be painted as close to the original as possible. They have taken samples of the paint to try to get it to match. Motion to approve as presented. Motion by: Comm. Dineen Seconded by: Comm. Murphy Approved: Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Item #2 – 4 Main St. (Edwards)  Signage Owner, Desarae Edwards was present for the meeting. She would like to get a bigger sign for the business. It is the same style and color as the current sign. The new sign will be 1 1/2ft x 6ft composite material. Motion to approve as presented.
