Board Meeting Tuesday June 13th, 2017
Members Present:

Meeting called to order at 6:30 pm by P. O’Mara
Approval of minutes from the DPW Board meeting from May 9th, 2017
Motion to accept: First by S. Pearsall Second by B. Stark
All in favor: Unanimously Approved
Old Business: None
New Business:
1. Water Grievance 97 Wheeler Ave:
Discussion of supporting documents, including paperwork that the Post Office lost the water bill,
which delayed payment from grievant. No one present to speak on the behalf of the grievant.
Motion to uphold and reimburse $4.38: First by M. Doughty Second by M. Doughty
In Favor: 3
Not In Favor: 2
-Vote Passes
2. Restricting parking between driveways at 25-35 Church Street:
Discussed traffic patterns and lack of parking in the area. K. VanGorder stated that restricting
parking in this specific spot, but not others City wide where the same situation exists, was unethical.
Motion to deny: First by M. Doughty Second by K. VanGorder
All in favor: Unanimously denied
