Present: Commissioners Scott Steve, Brett Barnes, Karen Leahy, Abigail Cleary, Juliene Ray, Thomas Larson, Maria Manning (out at 5:56PM) Staff: ZEO Bob Rhea, Interim Director of Code Enforcement Mike Tenkate, Secretary Devon Rainbow Item #1 – Elect Chair A motion was made to elect Scott Steve as the Chair. Motion: Comm. Leahy Second: Comm. Manning Approved: Ayes – 6 Nays – 0 Item #2 – Elect Vice-Chair A motion was made to elect Maria Manning as Vice-Chair. Motion: Comm. Larson Second: Comm. Leahy Approved: Ayes – 6 Nays – 0 Item #3 – Appoint Devon Rainbow as the Secretary for the ZBA Motion: Comm. Ray Second: Comm. Cleary Approved: Ayes – 6 Nays – 0 Item #4 – 20 Kennedy Pkwy. (Armideo) – Area Variance (R4)  Signage Mr. Armideo and Mr. Nasoni were present for the meeting. It was explained that they would like to put a ground sign for the apartment complex. The sign is 36” x 96” with a 22” base. The sign will be single sided with 30W LED bullet flood lighting. Motion to close the public hearing.
