CITY OF COSTA MESA REGULAR CITY COUNCIL AND HOUSING AUTHORITY* Agenda Wednesday, October 15, 2025 5:30 PM Norma Hertzog Community Center 1845 Park Ave. SPECIAL MEETING - HOMELESS SOLUTIONS TOWNHALL MEETING A City Council Town Hall will take place on Oct. 15, 2025, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Norma Hertzog Community Center to discuss how the City is tackling homelessness and the issues surrounding it. The Town Hall will feature an open house from 5:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. with staff and community service partners including Mercy House, Bracken’s Kitchen, Lighthouse Church, Trellis, Project Hope Alliance and SOS, who will be available to share information and answer questions regarding services such as outreach, shelter, behavioral health, and housing. City staff work closely with these community partners to form the Network for Homeless Solutions. The event will be filmed and available on the City website for public viewing.
