Civil Service Commission Meeting Minutes May 13, 2026 1. CALL TO ORDER Commissioner Nelson called the meeting to order at 8:00 am on Wednesday May 13, 2026. Council Members present: Kate Cutler, Jeff Nelson, Carol Wood, Chad Hannan. Council Member(s) absent: Rod James. Staff present: Natalie Bouchama, Jake Schorlemmer, Jodi Quakenbush, Jim Wood, Rob Schoening, Randy Schroder and Michell Houseton. 2. APPROVE AGENDA Chad Hannan and Kate Cutler moved and seconded to approve May 13, 2026 Meeting Agenda. Unanimous, 4-0 vote. (Absent: James) 3. OTHER BUSINESS A. Fire Chief Recruitment and Testing Services Chad Hannan and Kate Cutler moved and seconded to approve Motion to hire CPS HR Consulting to assist in the hiring of Fire Chief with Assessment Center Model, including Panel Interviews, Written Test and testing process.. Unanimous, 4-0 vote. (Absent: James) 4. ADJOURMENT Chad Hannan and Carol Wood moved and seconded to approve Motion to Adjourn. Unanimous, 4-0 vote. (Absent: James)
