Civil Service Commission Meeting Minutes July 8, 2026 1. CALL TO ORDER Commissioner Wood called the meeting to order at 8:00 am on Wednesday July 8, 2026. Council Members present: Kate Cutler, Carol Wood, Chad Hannan, Rod James. Council Member(s) absent: Jeff Nelson. Chad Hannan appeared via Zoom.
