The Board of Supervisors of the County of Del Norte and the governing body of all other special assessment and taxing districts, for which said Board so acts, is now meeting in special session. Only those items that indicate a specific time will be heard at the assigned time. All three agencies: general discussion regarding Tri-Agency's debt to USDA and potential apportionment of that debt among the member agencies. 2. County: Make a commitment to contribute a specified amount to Tri-Agency for the purpose of repaying the USDA debt, and give direction to staff to take steps necessary to effect payment, including, if necessary, placing a budget transfer on a future agenda; or take other action as necessary and appropriate. 3.
