Budget-to-Actual Financial Report for January 2019 • Recommendation: Receive and file monthly budget-to-actual financial report of the City’s major operating funds for the month of January 2019. Sister City Display - Agreement • Recommendation: Authorize the City Manager to sign the License Agreement for the display of the “Sister City” materials between the Border Coast Regional Airport Authority, the City of Crescent City, and the County of Del Norte. Application of Charlotte Dallara-Bartley for the Housing Authority Advisory Commission • Recommendation: Consider and approve Charlotte Dallara-Bartley’s application for the vacant position on the Housing Advisory Commission.
