Payroll Report • Recommendation: Receive and file the biweekly payroll report for the period ending November 7, 2020 paid November 13, 2020. 8. Claggett Wolfe and Associates Contract Amendment for Additional Economic Development Support to Assist with COVID-19 Emergency • Recommendation: Approve Claggett Wolfe and Associates Contract Agreement Amendment 9. Revised Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Elk Valley Rancheria for Grant Funding for the Rehabilitation to the Amador Tank (Phase 1) • Recommendation: Authorize the City Manager to sign a Memorandum of Agreement with the Elk Valley Rancheria to approve Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) Grant Funding for Phase 1 Rehabilitation to the Amador Tank 10.
