Council Meeting Minutes • Recommendation: Approve the February 16, 2021 special meeting minutes of the City Council. 2. Warrant Claims List • Recommendation: Receive and file the warrant claims list for the period February 6, 2021, through February 19, 2021. 3. Payroll Report • Recommendation: Receive and file the biweekly payroll report for the period ending February 13, 2021, paid February 19, 2021. 4. Creation of Special Revenue Fund for 2020 CDBG Projects • Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 2021-10, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CRESCENT CITY ESTABLISHING A NEW FUND FOR 2020 CDBG AWARDS AND ASSOCIATED PROJECTS 5. SHN Task Order for Amador Tank Rehabilitation Project • Recommendation: Ratify SHN Task Order 2.1 for special inspections and construction management support for the Amador Tank Rehabilitation Project 6. Ranney Collector Pump Replacement Change Order 1 • Recommendation: Authorize the City Manager to sign a Change Order #1 TO THE Ranney Pump Replacement Agreement with Pump Man to include the cost of the required payment bond and crane needed for pump installation. • Authorize the City Manager to approve change orders up to the amount of the remaining contingency already budgeted. Authorize the Mayor to sign the appropriate letters and/or positions with respect to such matters. ➢ City Manager Report and City Council Directives – Pursuant to Crescent City Municipal Code § 2.08.200, the City Council may instruct the city manager on matters of importance to the administrative services of the City and provide direction with respect to subordinates of the City Manager.
