Walkup Avenue - Special Use Permit for a detached accessory structure over 900 square feet 12. 45 N. Virginia Street - Variation from Articles 3-200 to allow a covered roof over existing stairs to encroach 5 feet into the 10-foot side yard setback, a variation of 5 feet 13. 101 W. Variations from: Article 3-200 Front yard setback from the required 30 feet to allow 10 feet, Article 3-200 Side yard setbacks from the required minimum 10 feet to allow 5 feet and the combined total of 30 feet to allow 15 feet, Article 3-200 Rear yard setback from the required 20 feet to allow 10 feet, Article 3-200 Yard abutting residential zoning districts from the 50-foot minimum to allow 10 feet, Article 4-100 D1c.
