TERRA COTTA AVENUE – CONCEPTUAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT – PUBLIC MEETING Conceptual Planned Unit Development review for a potential car wash 5. 2026-05 – UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENTS – PUBLIC HEARING Various amendments to the Unified Development Ordinance to Articles 2, 3, 4, 9, 10 and the Appendix 6. PUBLIC COMMENT The public is invited to make an issue-oriented comment on zoning concerns not otherwise on the agenda. The public comment may be no longer than 5 minutes in duration. City staff and Planning and Zoning Commissioners will not comment on the item. 7.
