Approve the minutes of the May 21, 2025 Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting. 4. 2025-40 – 5213 NORTHWEST HIGHWAY – FOX VALLEY VOLKSWAGON – SPECIAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT AND VARIATIONS – PUBLIC HEARING A Special Use Permit to allow a second Electronic Message Center Sign with Variations from the maximum size and height, the maximum EMC square footage and percentage of the sign, the minimum base width, and to allow a second free-standing sign on the property. 5. REPORT FROM PLANNING A summary of the previous petition outcomes and details of the upcoming items for this Commission. 6. COMMENTS FROM THE COMMISSION 7.
