WILLIAMS STREET – REZONING AND VARIATIONS – PUBLIC HEARING Rezone from R-2 Single-Family to R-3B Multi-Family Residential and Variations from Lot Area, Lot Width, Density, and Setbacks for the front yard and abutting single family residential. 6.
