If/When we revisit Woolpert doing another study, they will pull all building permit data for both large and small housing
numbers, include new developments into the previous study data, and recommend new boundary adjustments for Number 7.
Appreciation and a big “Thank You” goes to
Sam McClearen and John Cooley with Culpeper County and
Andrew Hopewell with the Town of Culpeper for their ongoing
cooperation and information sharing.
Special thanks also goes to the members of the Joint Capital
Planning Committee for their input and guidance during this phase
of development and school planning.
