Members of the public wishing comment on an item on the agenda may do so in the following ways: 1) E-mail comments by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, November 22, 2021 to the Fine Arts Commission at FineArts@cupertino.org. Subject: Art Talks for the Community Recommended Action: Finalize the Art Talk Series logistics for the months of February and May Staff Report NEW BUSINESS 6. Subject: In Lieu Payment for Required Artwork; (Applicant: Ross Kremers (Public Storage); Location: 20565 Valley Green Drive; APN#326-10-044) Recommended Action: Staff recommends that the Fine Arts Commission consider the evidence presented and determine whether placement of artwork on the project property is feasible. If the Fine Arts Commission determines that artwork may not feasible to be placed on the property, it may adopt a resolution accepting the applicant’s request to make the in lieu payment for artwork (Attachment 1) or in the alternative, may adopt a resolution denying the applicant’s request (Attachment 2).
