Subject: 2016-17 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program Annual Action Plan and CDBG, General Fund Human Service Grants (HSG) Program and Below Market-Rate (BMR) Affordable Housing Fund (AHF) funding allocations. Recommended Action: Adopt Resolution No. 16-02, recommending approval of the 2016-17 CDBG Annual Action Plan and 2016-17 CDBG, HSG and BMR AHF recommended funding allocations to City Council for final adoption.
