Subject: Draft Minutes of February 23, 2021 Recommended Action: Approve or modify the Draft Minutes of February 23, 2021 1 - Draft Minutes ORAL COMMUNICATIONS This portion of the meeting is reserved for persons wishing to address the Commission on any matter within the jurisdiction of the Commission and not on the agenda.
