Economic Development Authority of Dacono Meeting Minutes Monday, November 4, 2019 The meeting was called to order at 6:05 pm Members Present Bobby Mauck Debbie Nasta, Chairperson Kevin Plain Jackie Thomas Robin Dunlap Members Absent Kathryn Wittman, excused Joe Baker, excused Barb Kirkmeyer, excused Staff Present AJ Euckert, City Manager Valerie Taylor, Clerk Jennifer Krieger, Secretary/Executive Director Carolyn White, Special Counsel Approval of the October 14, 2019 Economic Development Authority of Dacono Meeting Minutes. Authority Member Plain moved to approve the October 14, 2019 Economic Development Authority of Dacono meeting minutes. The vote was unanimous with Chairperson Nasta declaring the motion carried. General Business Consideration and approval of Resolution EDAD 19-06, approving a Ratification and Amendment of Oil and Gas Lease with Kerr-McGee Oil & Gas Onshore LP, a Delaware limited partnership. AJ Euckert, City Manager gave a brief report. Authority Member Thomas moved to approve Resolution EDAD 19-06, approving a Ratification and Amendment of Oil and Gas Lease with Kerr-McGee Oil & Gas Onshore LP, a Delaware limited partnership. The vote was unanimous with Chairperson Nasta declaring the motion carried. Consideration and approval of Resolution EDAD 19-07, recommending that the City Council of the City of Dacono make certain legislative findings and approve the Dacono II Urban Renewal Plan. Carolyn White, Special Counsel gave a brief report. Authority Member Thomas moved to approve Resolution EDAD 19-07, recommending that the City Council of the City of Dacono make certain legislative findings and approve the Dacono II Urban Renewal Plan. The vote was unanimous with Chairperson Nasta declaring the motion carried. Adjournment: With no further business to be discussed the meeting was adjourned at 6:35pm.
