CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION Special Meeting MINUTES November 17, 2022 1:00 P.M. Via Videoconference (ZOOM) Roll Call: The meeting was called to order by Chair Susan Ward. Also present were Commissioner Bruce Bennett, Ginny Werner, Director of Human Resources; Nelly Espinal, Acting Chief Examiner, and Christina Henry, HR Generalist. New Business: Request to re-post Full-time Truck Driver Position Motion made by Chair Ward, seconded by Commissioner Bennett, to dismiss the applications for the Truck Driver position posted from 10/17/22 to 11/17/22, due to incorrect requirements and responsibilities on the job description. The job will be re- posted with the correct job description on 11/17/22. Motion carried unanimously. Qualification of Applications: - Director of Finance Motion made by Chair Ward and seconded by Commissioner Bennett, to accept applicant ending 0171. Motion carried unanimously. Motion made by Chair Ward and seconded by Commissioner Bennett, to conduct an interview in lieu of testing for the Director of Finance position. Motion carried unanimously.
