New Business: Certification of the Assistant Director of Finance – Budget & Grants Eligibility List Motion made by Commissioner Rogers, seconded by Chair Ward, to certify the Assistant Director of Finance – Budget & Grants Eligibility list with an expiration date of August 3rd, 2024. Motion carried unanimously. Adjourn Motion made by Chair Ward, seconded by Commissioner Rogers to adjourn. Motion carried unanimously.
