CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES August 28, 2023 4:00 P.M. Via Videoconference (ZOOM) Roll Call: The meeting was called to order by Acting Chair Rick Rogers; also present were Commissioner John Neumuller, and Chief Examiner Nelly Espinal. New Business: Reversal of application rejection- Assistant Building Inspector/Plan Reviewer Motion made by Commissioner Neumuller, seconded by Acting Chair Rogers to reverse the rejection of applicant 54628492 for the position of Assistant Building Inspector/Plan Reviewer, as the applicant meets the requirements of the position and the department head interview be in lieu of testing. Motion carried unanimously. Adjourn Motion made by Acting Chair Rogers, seconded by Commissioner Neumuller to adjourn. Motion carried unanimously.
