Via Videoconference (ZOOM) Roll Call: The meeting was called to order by Chair Susan Ward; also present were Commissioner Rick Rogers, Chief Examiner Nelly Espinal, HR Generalist Christina Norman, HR Director Ginny Werner, Director of Permit Coordination and ZEO, Sean Hearty and HR Assistant Aleyda Martinez. Extension of Clerk Typist II Eligibility List Motion made by Commissioner Rogers and seconded by Chair Ward to extend for an additional year, the eligibility list for Clerk Typist II. The list was promulgated April 19th, 2023 and due to expire April 19th, 2024. The new expiration date would be April 19th, 2025. Motion carried unanimously. Extension of Secretary Eligibility List Motion made by Commissioner Rogers and seconded by Chair Ward to extend for an additional year, the eligibility list for Secretary. The list was promulgated April 19th, 2023 and due to expire April 19th, 2024. The new expiration date would be April 19th, 2025. Motion carried unanimously.
