CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES April 23, 2024 3:30 P.M. Via Videoconference (ZOOM) Roll Call: The meeting was called to order by Chair Susan Ward; also present were Commissioner Rick Rogers, Chief Examiner Nelly Espinal, HR Generalist Christina Norman, Finance Director Daniel Garrick, HR Assistant Aleyda Martinez, and Human Resources Director Ginny Werner.
