CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES March 6, 2025 10:00 A.M. Via Videoconference (ZOOM) Roll Call: The meeting was called to order by Chair Susan Ward; also present were Commissioner Rick Rogers, Chief Examiner Nelly Espinal, HR Generalist Christina Norman, Director of Human Resources Ginny Werner and HR Assistant Aleyda Martinez. Director of Technology Frank Gentile joined us later in the meeting. Minutes: Meeting February 19th, 2025 Motion made by Commissioner Rogers, seconded by Chair Ward to accept the meeting minutes from February 19th, 2025. Motion carried unanimously. Personnel Status: New Hires: Sylvester Ndimele – Housing Inspector Promotions: Ronald Agard – Housing Inspector Molly-Lynn Farquharson – Public Health Inspector New Business: Qualifications of Applications: Engineer I Motion made by Commissioner Rogers, seconded by Chair Ward to reject all applicants as the applicants did not meet the minimum requirements of the position: 44504792, 61276297, 61377219, and 61425692. Motion carried unanimously.
