CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES May 22, 2025 12:30 P.M. Via Videoconference (ZOOM) Roll Call: The meeting was called to order by Chair Susan Ward; also present were Commissioner Larry Phelan, and Chief Examiner Nelly Espinal, Fire Chief Richard Thode and members of the public, Nicole Cadovius, Colton Cherney, and Patrick Seiler. New Business: Certification of Eligibility List: Entry Level Firefighter Motion made by Commissioner Phelan and seconded by Chair Ward to certify the Entry Level Firefighter eligibility list with an expiration date of May 22, 2026. Motion carried unanimously. Motion carried unanimously. Adjourn Motion made by Commissioner Phelan, seconded by Chair Ward to adjourn. Motion carried unanimously.
