CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES June 11, 2025 10:00 A.M. Via Videoconference (ZOOM) Roll Call: The meeting was called to order by Chair Susan Ward; also present were Commissioner Larry Phelan, Chief Examiner Nelly Espinal and Tax Assessor Donna Murphy. Minutes: Meeting May 14th and Special Meeting May 22nd, 2025 Motion made by Commissioner Phelan, seconded by Chair Ward to accept the meeting minutes from May 14th, 2025. Motion carried unanimously. Motion made by Commissioner Phelan, seconded by Chair Ward to accept the special meeting minutes from May 22nd, 2025. Motion carried unanimously. New Business: Certification of Eligibility List: Personal Property Coordinator Motion made by Commissioner Phelan and seconded by Chair Ward to certify the Personal Property Coordinator eligibility list with an expiration date of June 11, 2026.
