CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES October 22, 2025 10:00 AM Via Videoconference (ZOOM) Roll Call: The meeting was called to order by Chair Susan Ward; also present were Commissioner Larry Phelan, and Chief Examiner Nelly Espinal. New Business: Certification of Eligibility List: Public Safety Technology Specialist-corrected Motion made by Commissioner Phelan and seconded by Chair Ward to certify a corrected Public Safety Technology Specialist eligibility list with an expiration date of October 22, 2026, due to a clerical error in which additional points for a candidate were omitted in the original list certified on October 16th, 2025. Motion carried unanimously. Adjourn Motion made by Commissioner Phelan, seconded by Chair Ward to adjourn. Motion carried unanimously.
