Mr. Rose seated Elizabeth Falk as a voting member in place of Mark Massoud. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: The Pledge of Allegiance was recited by all. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES: The Minutes of July 27, 2022 and August 24, 2022 could not be accepted at this meeting. NEW BUSINESS: None OLD BUSINESS: #1174 5 Sugar Hollow Road, Sugar Hollow Associates, LLC, Artel Engineering Group, LLC, Agent, (G17002), CG-20 Zone, construction of new, stand-alone Panera Café building with drive-thru A Project Impact Report was completed by staff with recommendation for a summary ruling with four conditions. Mr. Rose requested that a fifth condition be added, stating that all catch basins shall be identified with “No Dumping, Drains to Wetlands” signage as approved by the Danbury Health Department. Motion to approve Application No. 1174, with the four conditions recommended by staff, and including a fifth condition that all catch basins shall be identified with “No Dumping, Drains to Wetlands” signage as approved by the Danbury Health Department was made by Geoff Herald; seconded by Mary Cronin. All in favor with Ayes from Mary Cronin, Elizabeth Falk, Geoff Herald, and Matt Rose. EIC Minutes – September 28, 2022 Page 2 PUBLIC HEARINGS: None APPLICATION FOR ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVAL: None ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF ACTIONS: None VIOLATIONS: 21A Virginia Avenue, Danbury, CT Public Health Inspector Abby Lewis said that an on-site meeting was to take place with Paul Szymanski, P.E., Bernard Gallo, and herself. Due to scheduling conflicts and illness the meeting has not taken place. Continued to the next regular meeting scheduled for Wednesday, October 12, 2022.
