One larger sign stating “Richter Arts Center” should be located at the entrance to the Richter House driveway and match the style of the new, larger Richter Park sign by the parking lot. Two smaller signs should be located at the beginning of the walkway to the front of the House with one showing way to front door of Richter House and the other indicating way to the Richter Stage. Mr. Mead seconded the motion and the motion passed unanimously. Mr. Mead made motion to adjourn at 6:25. Mr. Bria seconded. Motion passed. Respectfully submitted, Judy Griemsmann
