DRAFT TARRYWILE PARK AUTHORITY REGULAR MEETING January 18, 2022 CALL TO ORDER: On January 18, 2022 at 6:30 p.m., the regular meeting of the Tarrywile Park Authority, was called to order by Chairman M. Marcus. The meeting was held via ZOOM, meeting number 825 1069 6796. ATTENDANCE: Board Members Present: M. Marcus, J. Harner, E. Prybylski, D. Manacek, W. Platz & N. Wakeham Board Members Absent: B. Talarico & M. Repole Park Staff: B. Petro Guests: Karla Jordan & Marty Bailey from Hearst Media Public Speaking: Karla Jordan & Marty Bailey from Hearst Media spoke on a proposal to improve our website and social media marketing platforms. AGENDA: 1. Chairman’s Report: M. Marcus said that any items will be covered under the agenda. 2. Minutes: A motion was made by N. Wakeham to approve the minutes of the December 7, 2021 meeting. J. Harner seconded. The motion passed unanimously. 3. Financial Items: A. Financial Reports – December 2021: A motion was made by D. Manacek to approve the financial reports. E. Prybylski seconded. The motion passed unanimously. 4. Old Business: A. Fundraising: In the coming months the administrative staff will be working on a campaign in addition to other revenue sources. Discussion followed. .B. Park Maintenance: This item will be discussed under Executive Session. 5. New Business: A. Cell Phone Tower: Chairman Marcus discussed a proposal from Homeland Towers to study Tarrywile for a possible cell phone tower location. Discussion followed. The board agreed to further investigate the proposal. Chairman Marcus will keep the Board updated. 6. Other Business: N/A A motion was made by D. Manacek to go into Executive Session at 7:54 p.m. E. Prybylski seconded. The motion passed unanimously. A motion was made by D. Manacek to exit out of Executive Session at 8:13 p.m. E. Prybylski seconded. The motion passed unanimously.
