DRAFT TARRYWILE PARK AUTHORITY REGULAR MEETING February 15, 2022 CALL TO ORDER: On February 15, 2022 at 6:30 p.m., the regular meeting of the Tarrywile Park Authority, was called to order by Chairman M. Marcus. The meeting was held via ZOOM.. ATTENDANCE: Board Members Present: M. Marcus, J. Harner, E. Prybylski, D. Manacek, M. Repole & N. Wakeham Board Members Absent: B. Talarico & W. Platz Park Staff: B. Petro Guests: N/A AGENDA: 1. Chairman’s Report: M. Marcus said that any items will be covered under the agenda. 2. Minutes: A motion was made by E. Prybylski to approve the minutes of the January 18, 2022, meeting. M. Repole seconded. The motion passed unanimously. 3. Financial Items: A. Financial Reports – January 2022: A motion was made by D. Manacek to approve the financial reports. N. Wakeham seconded. The motion passed unanimously. 4. Old Business: A. Fundraising: In the coming months the administrative staff will be working on a campaign in addition to other revenue sources. In addition, we will be holding an Easter Egg hunt with Macaroni Kid in April. Discussion followed. B. Park Maintenance: A part-time Caretaker has been hired and is working out well. Discussion followed. C. Cell Phone Tower: Chairman Marcus had previously discussed a proposal from Homeland Towers to study Tarrywile for a possible cell phone tower location. There is nothing new to report this month. Chairman Marcus will keep the Board updated. 5. New Business: A. Antique Motorcycle Exhibition: B. Petro reported on a possible multi-day, multi-location event here at Tarrywile. Staff is currently working with a division of GF Capital called GF Sports and Entertainment to possible rent the Mansion and Grounds in the fall for an event. Discussion followed. B. Petro will keep the Board updated. 6. Other Business: A. Decorative Light Pole: B. Petro reported that the farthest decorative light pole on the Mansion driveway was knocked over last week. She is working with the Parks Department to see if they have any extras at the Garage that we may be able to utilize. Adjournment: A motion was made by E.
