TARRYWILE PARK AUTHORITY REGULAR MEETING October 18, 2022 CALL TO ORDER: On October 18, 2022 at 6:01 p.m., the regular meeting of the Tarrywile Park Authority, was called to order by Chairman M. Marcus. ATTENDANCE: Board Members Present: M. Marcus, E. Prybylski, W. Platz, J. Harner, M. Repole, B. Talarico, & N. Wakeham Board Members Absent: D. Manacek Park Staff: B. Petro Guests: Joe Gillotti Public Speaking: Joe Gillotti spoke on the mowing of the Mountainville Rd. fields AGENDA: 1. A. Chairman’s Report: M. Marcus said that any items will be covered under the agenda. B. Executive Director’s Report: B. Petro submitted a detailed Directors Report covering items the staff are currently working on. 2. Minutes: A motion was made by M. Repole to approve the minutes of the September 20, 2022 meeting. N. Wakeham seconded. The motion passed unanimously. 3. Financial Items: A. Financial Reports – September 2022: A motion was made by N. Wakeham to approve the financial reports. J. Harner seconded. The motion passed unanimously. 4. Old Business: A. Fundraising: In the coming months the administrative staff will be working on a campaign in addition to other revenue sources. Discussion followed. . B. Staff Reviews: Chairman Marcus reported that all staff members have received reviews. 5. New Business: N/A 6. Other Business: B. Petro reported that a tenant has been found for the Mountainville Rd. rental. An Engineer, he has outstanding credit and great references. B. Petro also noted he does have a therapy dog. Even though our standard policy is no animals, by law this does not apply in this situation. B. Petro thanked J. Harner for sending the new tenant our way to look at the house.
