The committee is recommending the transfer of the Borough Clerk to Office Assistant upon the hiring of a new Borough Clerk per 11/30/22 signed agreement. The Borough Clerk is to receive a $1,500 stipend until new Borough Clerk is hired and receives two weeks of training, retroactive 11/21/22.
