An incorrect normal cost rate (provided by PMRS) was used to calculate the 2023 Minimum Municipal Obligation (MMO) for the Police Pension Plan that was approved 9/13/22. The next step in considering Geisinger’s zoning map change is to conduct a public hearing. The public hearing was scheduled for Tuesday, November 15th at 6pm but was postponed until January. What evening would council like to schedule the public hearing? Is the Council Chambers capacity large enough for the hearing? 2. Columbia quote for 2nd ward ADA curb ramp corrections, attached as page 26. Bruce could do work in-house but will not be immediate. 3. Hollow Street Guiderail Quote, attached as pages 27-28. 4. Resolution 2022-09 authorization of signatories for sale of real estate to Danville Area School District, attached as page 29. The committee received 6-month evaluation for Jamie Banyas, Code Officer on December 8th. Probation period extended to 12 months – June 13, 2023. 2. Executive Session held on Tuesday, November 29th at 6pm. 3. The committee is recommending the transfer of the Borough Clerk to Office Assistant upon the hiring of a new Borough Clerk per 11/30/22 signed agreement. The Borough Clerk is to receive a $1,500 stipend until new Borough Clerk is hired and receives two weeks of training, retroactive 11/21/22.
