FINANCE AND PERSONNEL COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES
REGULAR SESSION
NOVEMBER 3, 2024
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Mike McDermott at 6:30 PM. Present at roll
call were: Dave Roelli, Steve Pickett, Kerry Black, and Mayor Mike McDermott. Absent: None.
Also present were: Joe Boll, Jeff McCarthy, Cindy Corley, John Sonsalla, and Amy Johnson.
Motion by Pickett, second by Black that the meeting notice and agenda were properly
posted. Motion carried. Motion by Roelli, second by Pickett to approve the minutes of the
previous meeting. Motion carried. Kerry Black arrived at the meeting at 6:45 pm.
Motion by Roelli, second by Pickett to go into closed session in accordance with Section
19.85 (1) (c) Wis. Stats., to to review applications received for the Public Works Position, and if
appropriate select applicants to interview for the position; Roll Call Vote: All Ayes. Motion
carried.
Motion by Roelli, second by Pickett to reconvene to regular session in accordance with
Section 19.85 (2) Wis. Stats., to adjourn the meeting. Roll Call Vote: All Ayes. Motion carried.
There being no further business for this meeting, motion by Roelli, second by Pickett to
adjourn the meeting at 6:45 PM. Motion carried.

DARLINGTON TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY THE 3RD DAY OF
DECEMBER, 2024 AT 6:30 PM; WHICH MEETING IS TO BE HELD IN
THE COUNCIL ROOM AT THE DARLINGTON MUNICIPAL BUILDING,
DARLINGTON, WISCONSIN
1. Call to order by presiding officer.
2. Roll call.
3. Motion that the meeting notice and agenda were properly posted.
4. Approve the minutes of the previous meeting, rectifying mistakes if any exist. (Copy
enclosed)
5. Reports, comments, suggestions, and recommendations of citizens present.
6. Unfinished or deferred business from previous committee meetings.
7. New business. Including but not limited to the introduction of Ordinances and
Resolutions.
The Committee will go into closed session in accordance with Section 19.85 (1) (c) Wis. Stats., to
review applications received for the Public Works Position and if appropriate to select applicants
to interview for the position.
The Committee will reconvene to regular session in accordance with Section 19.85 (2) Wis.
Stats., to adjourn the meeting.
8. Adjourn the meeting.
