AGENDA FOR A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE FINANCE AND PERSONNEL COMMITTEE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DARLINGTON TO BE HELD ON FRIDAY, THE 7th DAY OF AUGUST, 2026, AT 10:00 AM; WHICH MEETING IS TO BE HELD IN THE COUNCIL ROOM AT THE DARLINGTON MUNICIPAL BUILDING, DARLINGTON, WISCONSIN 1. Call to order by presiding officer. 2. Roll call. 3. Motion that the meeting notice and agenda were properly posted. 4. Reports, comments, suggestions, and recommendations of citizens present. (3-minute limit) 5. Unfinished or deferred business from previous committee meetings. 6. New business. Including but not limited to the introduction of Ordinances and Resolutions. The Committee will go into closed session in accordance with Section 19.85 (1) (c) Wis. Stats., to interview applicants for the Assistant Water Operator/Public Works Position;review applications received for the Director of Public Works Position. The Committee will reconvene to regular session in accordance with Section 19.85 (2) Wis. Stats., to recommend the hiring of a Assistant Water Operator/Public Works Position employee, if appropriate, to the City Council for approval; adjourn the meeting. 7. Adjourn the meeting.
