Call to order by presiding officer. 2. Roll call. 3. Motion that the meeting notice and agenda were properly posted 4. Approve the minutes of the previous meeting, rectifying mistakes if any exist. (Copy enclosed) 5. Reports, comments, suggestions, and recommendations of citizens present. 6. Unfinished or deferred business from previous committee meetings. (a) Discussion and action concerning the SWLS System Fees for 2027. (b) Discussion and action concerning the safe deposit box access. (c) Report on past library events. 7. New business or matters to be taken up by the board. (a) Discussion and action concerning the fire alarm system upgrade proposal from A&G Fire Inc. (b) Discussion and action concerning nominations for President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. (c) Election of 2026-2027 Officers. (d) Discussion and action concerning support staff event in September. (e) Upcoming Library events. (f) Approve payment of the following June 2026 vouchers: Librarian account #4886 through #4896 in the amount of $56,129.40. (g) Set next meeting date for the August meeting. 8. Adjourn the meeting.
