AGENDA FOR A MEETING OF THE WATER AND SEWER COMMITTEE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DARLINGTON TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY, THE 4th DAY OF AUGUST, 2026, AT 6:00 PM; WHICH MEETING IS TO BE HELD IN THE COUNCIL ROOM AT THE DARLINGTON MUNICIPAL BUILDING, DARLINGTON, WISCONSIN 1. Call to order by presiding officer. 2. Roll call. 3. Motion that the meeting notice and agenda were properly posted. 4. Approve the minutes of the previous meeting, rectifying mistakes if any exist. (Copy enclosed) 5. Reports, comments, suggestions, and recommendations of citizens present. 6. Unfinished or deferred business from previous committee meetings. 7. New business. Including but not limited to the introduction of Ordinances and Resolutions. (a) Discussion and action concerning proposed Resolution 2026-16, a Resolution Authorizing the Transfer of Funds from the Sewer Department Utility to the General Fund to Restore the Required Fund Balance. (b) Discussion and possible action concerning a reduced sewer usage rate for the City of Darlington’s Splashpad. (c) Discussion concerning fluoride. (d) Discussion and action concerning bids received for dissoloved oxygen sensors for the Wastewater Treatment Plant. 8. Adjourn the meeting.
