Public Comment Period • Persons wishing to address the Board will be asked to provide their name and mailing address. • Individuals shall be allowed two (2) minutes. Associations or group representatives shall be allowed four (4) minutes. • Time may not be yielded to other speakers. • Speakers will address the Chairperson. • Comments shall be made in a professional manner. • The Chairperson has the sole discretion to recognize speakers during the body of the meeting 6. New Business A. Discuss and possibly approve Lisa Minto to fill in for Kaitlin while gone on maternity leave at the lowest level of an assessor pay rate (Possible Closed Session) B. Discuss the requirements, responsibilities, re-classification to a salaried position within the union, and pay scale of an accountant for the Clerk’s Office C. Redistribution of roles in the township’s daily operations D. Discuss a 10-year plan for future personnel requirements for Davison Township 7. ADJOURNMENT
