Public Comment Period • Persons wishing to address the Board will be asked to provide their name and mailing address. • Individuals shall be allowed two (2) minutes. Associations or group representatives shall be allowed four (4) minutes. • Time may not be yielded to other speakers. • Speakers will address the Chairperson. • Comments shall be made in a professional manner. • The Chairperson has the sole discretion to recognize speakers during the body of the meeting. 5.
