Pursuant to Section 3.12 of the Charter of the City of Delray Beach the Mayor has instructed the City
Clerk to announce a Special Meeting of the City Commission to be held for the following purposes:
SP.1. 18-051
CLOSED ATTORNEY/CLIENT SESSION pursuant to F.S.
286.011(8) re: City of Delray Beach, Florida v. Match Point, Inc.,
Case No. 502016CA002812XXXXMBAA.

The Special Meeting (ATTORNEY/CLIENT SESSION pursuant to F.S.
286.011(8) re: City of Delray Beach, Florida v. Match Point, Inc., Case No.
502016CA002812XXXXMBAA. was called to order at 5:00 p.m. to
discuss Case Status and Strategy.
Roll call showed the following in attendance:

Deputy Vice Mayor Shirley Johnson
Commissioner Shelly Petrolia
Commissioner Mitchell Katz (arrived later and reported directly to the
Conference Room)
City Manager Mark R. Lauzier
City Attorney R. Max Lohman
Others present were: Matthew Mandel, Special Counsel and a certified
Court Reporter

Commissioners and staff left the dais and reported to the conference room
for the special meeting.
The City Commission returned to the Commission Chambers and the
meeting was re-opened. The Special Meeting was immediately adjourned
at 5:45 p.m.
