Match Point, Inc., Case No. 502016CA002812XXXXMBAA. Attendees: Mayor Shelly Petrolia Vice Mayor Adam Frankel Deputy Vice-Mayor Shirley Johnson Commissioner William Bathurst Commissioner Ryan Boylston City Manager Mark Lauzier City Attorney R. Max Lohman A certified court reporter Purpose: Case Status Discussion and Strategy Meeting. Sponsors: City Attorney Department Attachments: Agenda Cover Report Memo - Closed Attorney-Client Session - April 27 2018 Mayor Petrolia made a motion to convene into Executive Session, it was City of Delray Beach Page 1 Printed on 9/4/2018 City Commission Minutes - Final April 27, 2018 seconded by Deputy Vice Mayor Johnson. A Roll Call vote was taken and all were in favor. The motion carried 4-0. Mr. Lohman stated that the Executive Session has concluded and the Commission is back in public session. Mayor Petrolia asked for a motion to authorize the City Attorney to execute a fee letter to retain Gray Robinson as Special Counsel in the matter of the City of Delray Beach, Florida v. Match Point, Inc. Vice Mayor Frankel made a motion to approve this item. It was seconded by Deputy Vice Mayor Johnson. A Roll Call vote was taken and all were in favor. The motion carried 4-0. There being no further business to discuss, the Special Meeting-Closed Attorney/Client Session was adjourned at 4:44 p.m. City of Delray Beach Page 2 Printed on 9/4/2018
