Match Point, Inc., Case No. 502016CA002812XXXXMBAA. A Roll Call vote was taken and all were in favor. The motion carried 4-0. Mr. Lohman stated that the Executive Session has concluded and the Commission is back in public session. Mayor Petrolia asked for a motion to authorize the City Attorney to execute a fee letter to retain Gray Robinson as Special Counsel in the matter of the City of Delray Beach, Florida v. Match Point, Inc. Vice Mayor Frankel made a motion to approve this item. It was seconded by Deputy Vice Mayor Johnson. A Roll Call vote was taken and all were in favor. The motion carried 4-0.
