Match Point, Inc., Case No. 502016CA002812XXXXMBAA. Attendees: Mayor Shelly Petrolia Vice Mayor Adam Frankel Deputy Vice-Mayor Shirley Ervin Johnson Commissioner William Bathurst Commissioner Ryan Boylston (absent) City Manager Mark Lauzier City Attorney R. It was stated that Commissioner Boylston recused himself from the meeting. Mayor Petrolia reconvened the Executive Session at 2:40 p.m. Vice Mayor Frankel made a motion to designate Commissioner Bathurst as the City's representative for the mediation. It was seconded by Deputy Vice Mayor Johnson. A roll call vote was taken and all were in favor with a 4-0 vote.
