Pursuant to Section 3.12 of the Charter of the City of Delray Beach the Mayor has instructed me to announce a Workshop Meeting of the City Commission to be held for the following purposes: WS.1. Budget Workshop Discussion WS.2. Phase 2 Opening Discussion Please be advised that if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, such person will need to ensure that a verbatim record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.
