Restaurant Definitions (FKA - Ice Cream Shops) (2020-160): Provide a recommendation to the Planning and Zoning Board on Ordinance No. 27-21, a city-initiated request to amend the Land Development Regulations (LDR) for the purpose of updating the regulations for restaurants by updating restaurant definitions and restaurant specific regulations, creating provisions for limited indoor dining, which reduce off-site parking requirements, and updating zoning language to reflect such changes.
